Dr Klepzig Maintain Balance

Transcription

Fatigue is probably one of the most, absolutely the most common thing that I hear about. So it could be that you just have a terrible diet, maybe a bad attitude, or you don’t exercise. We have to look at the most straightforward, simple things.

First, lifestyle changes. Maybe you have a food allergy reaction that you’re not aware of, or a chronic infection that you’re carrying. Maybe it’s a hidden anemia.

Maybe your heart is under functioning. Could be female or male hormones could be adapting. Your ability to adapt to stress could be all that’s affecting your blood sugar levels.

So as you can see, the physiology can get complicated. But what I want to do is figure out what’s the weakest area in your system. If we start to prop that up, we can figure out from there what’s a compensation.

And obviously, most of the time with fatigue, there’s more than one thing going on. It’s not just, oh, let’s fix this and it’ll take care of it. Usually we can find the core issue, start to strengthen that, and then I like to see if the compensation start to take care of themselves.

And if not, then we’ll go over and we’ll play with this and this until we bring the balance back. So always the goal in Chinese medicine is to establish balance within the system. And we have balance.

That’s where the body heals. So that’s always my first goal, create balance and then maintain the balance and then promote the healing process from there.
