Get to know Pam

Where we Began

Brian and I met in college. We were young, but we both had a strong sense that we wanted something meaningful out of life. We talked about the future often. Not in grand, dramatic ways. Just steady conversations about what kind of family we wanted, what kind of work mattered, and how we hoped to live.

We married young and started building from there. There was no master plan. Just a willingness to work hard, support each other, and keep moving forward.

Building a Family

Our family grew quickly. We welcomed four children, including a set of triplets. Life was full, loud, and busy in the best way. Later, as we navigated raising a daughter with special needs, our focus narrowed even more around what truly mattered.

Family was never something separate from our work. It shaped it.

The clinic grew during the same years our children were growing. Schedules overlapped. Responsibilities blended. We learned how to juggle, how to adapt, and how to stay steady through change.

Growing Into the Practice

My involvement in the clinic happened naturally. I was curious about what Brian was learning and began attending classes and seminars with him so I could better understand his world. As the practice expanded, I stepped in wherever help was needed.

What started as support gradually became structure. Systems. Organization. Presence. Over time, I became deeply woven into the daily rhythm of the office.

The Environment People Feel

When a patient walks into the clinic, I want them to feel comfortable.

Creating a steady, welcoming environment matters to me. It reflects the way we live and the way we believe people should be treated.

Life Beyond the Clinic

Outside of work, I love the simple things. Music in the kitchen. Early morning workouts. Seasonal decorating. Time at our farmhouse, surrounded by open space and quiet.

The clinic is not just something we built. It grew out of the life we were already living. And I am grateful to be part of something that continues to serve both our family and the families who walk through our doors.
